The Coastal Chapter of the Good News Club serves and supports the Child Evangelism Fellowship Ministry in the Tri-County area. A Good News Club shares the love of Christ to children at after-school programs. Trained volunteers in the roles of teaching or support 'shepherds' meet with groups of children in schools, Community Centers and other places where children can safely meet, with parent permission. A club meets once a week for about two hours. At the club a snack is provided, the word of God is shared, songs are played, and games are enjoyed. *PLEASE NOTE: A Background Check is required for ALL VOLUNTEERS through the Good News Club at no cost to the volunteer.
